After this date, Foxhill patients can be seen at either location, whichever is most convenient. Drs. Kirk and Swan will see patients at the Plaza office, Drs. Bray and Vander Wilt will see patients at the Independence office, and Dr. Cibis will see patients at both the Plaza and Independence offices.
